In your session, you will engage in creative processes—such as coloring, painting, sculpting, or collage—within a safe, supportive environment. I provide guidance while you explore feelings and experiences through your artwork. The process can be meditative and calming, helping you focus on the present moment, externalise emotions, and gain new perspectives.

I may also offer holistic activities such as meditation and body movement to help guide the process.

After this initial conceptualisation phase, we will undertake creative goal setting and task allocation.

You can choose for me to help you (or suggest external help) as little or as much as you like so that you are able to find joy in promoting your business.

The result is marketing that works for you and your business.

No! You do not need any artistic skill or experience to enjoy and benefit from creative marketing.

In fact, it is often a bit easier for non-artists during the initial sessions as our sessions focus on the process, not the final artwork.
